Returns

We accept return requests on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for consideration, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided with your order.

Products should be:

  • In good condition
  • Returned with all original packaging whenever possible
  • Free from intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually based on the product condition, reason for the return, and other relevant circumstances.

Refunds

If your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item before issuing a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If your return is approved and inventory is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
